Josh has been a resident of the Phoenix area for more than 20 years after moving here from Colorado. Josh attended the University of Arizona and Grand Canyon University, where he also worked for 10 years.
Currently, Josh loves living in central Phoenix where he can enjoy all that Phoenix has to offer.
In the 10 years Josh worked at Grand Canyon University, he was granted the opportunity to learn so much about higher education and the inner workings of customer satisfaction.
Starting off in financial aid and promoted to Associate Director of Financial Aid he soon realized that he had a passion for working with the students, lenders, and departments. Josh made a move to a University Development position with the College of Education, which was a natural fit as his mother was a former grade school teacher.
After four years in the College of Education, he transitioned to the College of Nursing and Health Care Professions. Josh’s passion of developing and growing relationships has allowed him to find the right educational opportunity for exceptional Superintendents, Chief Nursing Officers, teachers, RNs and students.
As a REALTOR he has worked extensively with clients in residential new home and resale, along with new community development propelling them to their desired goals.
Josh loves real estate and the way it allows him to combine his passion of developing a great relationship with each of his clients with helping them attain their real estate goals and he loves finding the right fit for his buyers within the real estate marketplace.
