Due to the ongoing massive and shocking legal battles, and widespread ethics issues of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), several State Associations, and national real estate brokerage Logo Brand Franchises, Modern Portfolio has chosen to no longer affiliate with those types of organizations. Light has been brightly shown on the real estate industry and the landscape has thankfully evolved in 2025, and we continue to evolve with it. Modern Portfolio has always placed our clients first by being honest and ethical in our business model, and will continue to do so as the professionally licensed Real Estate Agents we have always been.

If a broker does not want to be associated with these type of associations and business models, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (AZDRE), Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Services (ARMLS), and the Phoenix Area Association of Realtors (PAAR) now license brokerages through MLS Choice. We feel this is the “Right Choice” to do business.
