When you have a serious contract or transaction question you will speak directly to the Designated Broker who is the ONLY accountable person who should advise you in making serious decisions concerning your clients’ transactions.

Our agent meetings are not a groupthink party asking you to promote the brand logo on your business card, or encourage you to compete with fellow agents. We will never convince you to push a false “Value Added Proposition” or unethical “Sold in XX” scams to get listings. If that is the type of brokerage you seek then Modern Portfolio is not for you. We are only interested in supporting established ethical real estate professionals, or new business minded agents looking to be one. During Modern Portfolio agent meetings we discuss real estate legislation and legal issues, ethical client practices, and the latest unethical “Sold” and “Assignment” scams. The main focus of our meetings is contract clarifications, correct legal verbiage, and the information you need to protect your clients and yourself from the growing number of real estate lawsuits. Afterword our agents participate in a roundtable with discussions ranging from marketing strategies, various client issues, upcoming listings, clients needs, and how to best support each other in the current real estate market.

Modern Portfolio agents will not use the title of “Realtor” because that is trademarked by the National Association of Realtors.
Due to the ongoing massive and shocking legal battles, and widespread ethics issues of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), several State Associations, and national real estate brokerage Logo Brand Franchises, Modern Portfolio has chosen to no longer affiliate with those types of organizations. Light has been brightly shown on the real estate industry and the landscape has thankfully evolved in 2025, and we continue to evolve with it. Modern Portfolio has always placed our clients first by being honest and ethical in our business model, and will continue to do so as the professionally licensed Real Estate Agents we have always been.
If a broker does not want to be associated with these type of associations and business models, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (AZDRE), Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Services (ARMLS), and the Phoenix Area Association of Realtors (PAAR) now license brokerages through MLS Choice. We feel this is the “Right Choice” to do business.
