A longtime North Scottsdale resident, Bob specializes in the luxury residential market. With his 30 years of experience as a real estate investor in Maricopa County, Bob has extensive knowledge of the entire Valley-wide housing market and the ability to quickly evaluate and price the potential of any residential property. Through his extensive background in construction renovation, he brings the added benefit to his clients by assessing the potential renovations and costs to bring a property to its full financial and design potential, while negotiating for the budget to achieve it.
